Contribution Submissions (by email)
The Gadzillion Things To Think About website strives to maintain a site suitable for all age groups, therefore objectionable contributions will not be added to the site.
All submissions will be matched against the existing database to determine if it or one similar to it is already included in the database.
Accepted submissions may be edited slightly for readability and grammar.
Accepted submissions will be credited to the submitter as indicated in the body of the submission email. If the name to be credited is not included in the body of the email then a derivative of the submitters email id will be used (either a portion of the actual email id or first initial-last name).
Contributor's email id is not logged and will not be sold or given to a third party whatsoever.
Mailing List Subscription
A Gadzillion Things To Think About maintains a directory of subscriber email IDs.
Subscribers can expect to receive emails containing a list of the new contributions to the Gadzillion Things To Think About website as well as a list of the contributors. Typical emails have contained from 10-50 new Things To Think About and they are usually issued monthly.
Subscriber's email Ids are used for the sole purpose of the Mailing List and will not be divulged to any third parties.
When a subscriber unsubscribes then their email ID is deleted from the Mailing List.
Gadzillion Award Application (email or eform)
A Gadzillion Things To Think About maintains a log of applications. Information recorded includes Date of Application, Website Name, Website Url, Applicant's email-id, and Applicant's Name(if provided).
Successful applications will be acknowledged by email after the designated website review process has been completed. As each website is reviewed by three separate individuals, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Applicant's email id will not be sold or given to a third party whatsoever.
General Feedback Information
General feedback information, provided voluntarily, including name, email address and comments are not logged or tracked.
Any information in such feedback or resulting from such feedback will be fully protected.
What I do with this information
Gadzillion Things does not sell or release personal information. Any information collected is used only for the purposes previously mentioned.
Gadzillion Things will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its contacts to any third party without first receiving that contacts permission, unless ordered to do so by a court of law.
If you make a request that can only be fulfilled by a third party, I will contact you and provide you with the information to contact that third party. I will never provide any identifying information to that third party directly.
