    27. Isn't it frustrating when you phone a business and you get put on hold listening to elevator music interrupted frequently with their advertisements? And isn't it even more frustrating when they end their ad with 'Please Call Today'? After waiting on hold for over half an hour, just what do they expect me to do? Hang up and phone them again?
